Do be careful of citrus, they are very acidic and dissolve
teeth! I know several people who did serious damage,
including total loss of teeth with citrus.
I now call acid fruits the Seductive Assassins because one
will feel incredibly high energy and well being, as they
quietly take one's teeth!

Do be careful with dried fruit, they have too concentrated a sugar content.
Grapes have ~15 % total sugars, while dried grapes (raisins) have ~59%; four times as much.
(NOTE: when I use the term %, it is weight percent as used in real chemistry and throughout real science.)
Since we eat until we are "full", dried fruits can result food-induced hypoglycemia.

Do be careful with acid fruits: oranges, grapefruit,
pineapples, ... as they dissolve teeth ON CONTACT.
Don't believe this? Rub your teeth together and they will
feel smooth. Eat a section of citrus, rub again. Now, they
will feel like sandpaper because the acids have etched
