I was just thinking about this the other day! I wondered if I could pay for someone to deliver a day's worth (or more) of raw meals to my doorstep like the newspaper. I would pay for that once in a while. I am lucky to have a raw cafe in my town that I enjoy. They have very similar items to the RAWvolution box. When I go to the cafe, I usually buy 2 or 3 meals for the next few days. They

I found this chart a while ago, but I can't remember where. I'm not an expert, so someone might come along and say this is all wrong, but this list has been helpful to me.

This doesn't exactly answer your question, but I use apple cider vinegar as a toner after I wash my face at night. It exfoliates gently and leaves my face glowy and super soft. My skin doesn't do well with physical scrubs. I put two tablespoons water and one tablespoon apple cider vinegar in a cup and mix. I then apply with a cotton pad after I have cleansed my face at night. Yes, it does sm

Thanks for the replies everybody! You're all awesome. I e-mailed TriBest this question and they didn't reply. I'll probably still buy the juicer because I like the idea of being able to take a juice with me for later in the day. Thanks again.

My sister went to a raw restaurant in Santa Monica recently. I'll ask her how it went and report back.

I'm thinking about buying a new juicer so I can store juice throughout the day. My Breville Compact juicer works well but it tastes awful after about an hour. I would like to juice in the morning and have a juice while I'm at work in the afternoon and the Green Star 2000 looks like it will do this. Does anyone know if I can juice apples with this juicer? Some websites say I need to buy a sepa

Well it's not a fruit or vegetable, but there is already a gmo fortified food called golden rice that was supposed to be created for developing countries with limited access to nutritionally dense food. We spent a lot of time in my biology class talking about gmo food, but I'm not entirely sold on the idea of gmo food. Of the 10-20% non-raw food that I eat, I try to avoid foods containing corn,

I definitely think a raw plan can help diminish wrinkles. I started at about 75% raw and noticed the fine lines on my forehead and around my eyes softened and went away. I'm almost 30 and I think spending a lot of time on the beach while eating a SAD diet was making my skin look older. I think the raw plan nourished my skin in ways it had not been nourished before. I don't want to sound like

I agree with the person who said the SAD diet dulls our emotions. When I started eating raw about a year ago, I immediately felt a fog lifting from my body. There was a fog that clouded my concentration, my attitude, my energy. The emotions were so intense, the rush of feel good energy flooded my body and still does today. I had an awakening about my purpose in life, about why I was placed on

I am very sensitive to sugars and found that if I eat really sugary foods I breakout easily. I don't get this problem with bananas. I did make a chocolate sauce with maple syrup and poured that over bananas and got some pretty bad breakouts a while ago, but I think that was more the maple syrup than the bananas. I occasionally get breakouts during my period. I drink a cup of spearmint tea

Hi dinobambino, I'm so sorry about your accident. You could add flax oil to your juice and that would give you a dose of fat and calories. Juicing would be beneficial to your injury because it's antiinflammatory and aids in healing. I injured my wrist last winter and it was constantly hurting. When I did a one week juice fast, the pain went away and hasn't come back (knock on wood). I wish y

Thank you for your reply Wheatgrass Yogi. I soaked some prunes last night and broke my juice feast today. I am following the guidelines in the Angela Stokes book on juice feasting. I actually feel better today than the past 8 days I was on the juice feast. I will consider the colon cleanse for the future. I'm glad I was able to try the juice feast, but I don't think it's for me. I missed my

I've been about 75% raw for almost one year now. I have seen some wonderful benefits from being raw such as more energy, better concentration, and I lost 10 lbs. I wanted to do a juice feast for 30 days because I wanted to kick up the healing process a notch and I have free time in my schedule that I won't have in the future. While the juice feast hasn't been hard, I just don't feel very good.
