I'm glad that someone brought up this topic.
I've been totally raw for about 3 months now, and I've been noticing a "tightness"
in my lower right abdomen. I think this is where the colon is?
I've also noticed that I seem to be transitioning from 1 BM every morning (like clockwork.....6am!) to another one later in the day as well.
Has anyone else noticed odd feelings in the i

Grapes are the best midnight sacks ever.
I have a big green smoothie for breakfast every morning, and then eat nuts/energy bars and lots of fruit throughout the day. My tummy can't seem to handle big meals, so I eat every 3 hours or so.
I always am thirsty and feel dehydrated, but don't really know if I am. I have discovered coconut water, and that really seems to be helping.

Recently, I have been unable to sleep thrrough the night. I wake up at least once a night ravenous! I usually have an apple, or other fruit, and then go back to sleep just fine.
Does anyone else experience these nightly hunger pangs?
Just wondering if this is a normal experience on a raw food diet.
Also, what do you all think about eating in the evenings? I usually have a fruit based s

hehe no big deal. I was just wondering if this was just my body or if everyone experienced it.
I've noticed that going raw has made me much more in tune with my body.

Hi all! I read something about when on a raw food diet, food doesn't stay very long in your stomach and instead moves quickly into your intestines.
I have been 100% raw for a couple months now and have started noticing a "feeling" down in/around my intestines when I eat.....it is like the food is going directly there or something.
I know this is a tad vague, but does anyone else

This reminds me of when I was explaining to a co-worker that I had Celiac Disease and couldn't eat wheat etc.....he replied, "well, you can still eat WHITE bread can't you?"

Hello everyone! I can't tell you how much I enjoy reading all of these posts, and how much I have learned!
I have Celiac Disease, and was first of all wondering if there are any other celiacs out there in the raw foodie world?
I have been raw now for a little over a month, and I feel great! I love it! But, my Mom is making a tizzy over the "dangers" of an all raw diet. Has anyone
