I have 2 trees loaded with them now they will be ready in a couple of weeks. I always eat them fresh unless some of them dry on the tree or ground I always wait till they are black and sweet. Fresh is the best. Buy a small tree in a year or so you will have plenty of them. Cherimoya, Love Peace and Happiness,

There are many types of bananas the cavendish is the main one you will see in the markets in the states. When they peel easy and have the brown spots for me they are ripe. As for constipation not for me I tend to eat alot of them ripe and spotted. Keep the bananas coming. Cherimoya, Love Peace and Happiness,

Pineapples are also a herbaceous perennial plant and Sugar cane is considered a grass. There is nothing like a fresh sweet pineapple also sugar cane is refreshing once in a while. But bananas are the best just peel it open and eat as is no tools needed. Cherimoya, Love Peace and Happiness,

If it is not a fresh it is not to Super to me its lost all its value. I think Rawpeston said it best. Whole fresh ripe raw organic plants. Grow your own if possible, make your own compost. Get plenty of sunlight, rest and clean water. It really is that simple. Cherimoya, Love Peace and Happiness,

I have had plenty of sweet potaotes and white ones over the years raw . But I had always cut the so called sprouts off. Sweet potatoes are more palatable raw as for the irish potatoes some taste great others are not so good. It is a lot easier and tastier to eat bananas in place of raw potatoes. A good night sleep does a world of good for me I go to bed early and wake up before the break of dawn. I feel my best on this routine but if I travel it throws me off for a few days until i get adjusted. Rest is one of the most important rechargers . I would find it hard to sleep 3 or 4 hours I do know there are plenty of people who can do that but me I need at least 7.5 good hours plus.

One good thing about spending 8 months of the year in Thailand and 4 in Florida is that everyday there are more farmers markets then one I can go to. Thailand is one big farmers market and many countries in tropical countries also have great farmers market. In the USA most people are not farmers or even grow anything edible to eat in poorer countries everyone even with a small plot of land

Lee_123, Sapodillas are one of my favorites they used to be a lot cheaper 10 or 15 years back at the Farmers markets in Florida. They grow a lot of them in South florida. The first time I had them was many years ago in Guatemala and found them to my liking in Florida I have seen them for 3 dollars a pound. Central America Guatemala and Southern Mexico is where you can see them at a reasona

My wieght has been the same for many years if I want to put on 5 pounds or more after a long plane trip I always eat bananas.
