also be careful of all the rhetoric in the raw nutrition world. raw-foodies gain so much insight into personal health. although there are those who, while very inspired, think they figured it out for everyone, or emotionally react and/or cling to the formed opinions of others. know for yourself whats "the BEST EVER"!

It's takes awhile for your body to adjust to raw, and to heal. And for you to learn to listen to your body- intuitively balancing itself. Dark circles under eye indicate mineral loss (organic sodium).. Get lots of sleep! o2! h2o! sun! yoga/stretching.. Take advantage of your juicer!!

tons of salad/veggies, blended salads, juice, seeds.., especially super foods like hemp seeds, tahini, sunflower, pumpkin seeds, seaweeds, flax, pollen, algae, mate, burdock, goji/berries, wild foods, olives... most of these foods have all three macro nutrition!

happyway, I have read the book, and have always felt better eating more than 10% proteins (greens mostly) and 10% fats (including carbs that convert to fat). I eat instinctively not theoretically.

Its a silly concept to me, framing your dietary regime in such a way, unless simply as a very rough guideline. 80/10/10 is just saying "I eat ALOT of fruit". My trio-balance changes periodically, just as every individual vary greatly.

I back to a mostly raw/vegan diet after 3 years of 99% raw and one year of about 50% raw. My suggestion to you in addition to getting plenty of green food/superfood: Eat "raw" organic soaked-nuts and seeds, continue sprouting legumes beans (rinsing twice, thrice a day) sprouting beans de-activates enzyme-inhibitors just as cooking does. Try eating more soaked grains/seeds, see
