I've had food poisoning three times since being raw (4 years). I actually got very ill a week or two ago, and I'm wondering if it may have been from spinach, because I was eating a lot of those Ready-Pac bags at the time. How many calories were you eating before you went raw? From the menu you posted, it looks like less than 2000, which is pretty low for a male bodybuilder. And then if you take into account that most of the fiber you eat doesn't yield any calories, especially from all that hemp protein powder, it's even less. Anyone will feel weak and lose muscle if calories drop too low. Try using fitday.co

Rueben is right, just soaking them doesn't change the fat content. It changes only when they start to sprout and germinate.

Speaking of insects... I have a nephew who LOVES eating lady bugs--much to the dismay of his mother. He crawls through her garden and takes them off the plants, and pops them in his mouth. Not sure if that means anything, but I think it's hilarious
