So. I have some experience with this. I have been to parasite-cleansing workshops and seen nasty pics and so forth.
This is what I've learned from that, it may or may not be correct.
Parasite-related symptoms:
Crying for *unreasonable* reasons
Crying because you are not getting your way
Crying because you can't get sugar
Needing sugary foods, meat, cheese, bread, beer.

Dryer lint!! Squirrels use it to make and insulate their homes. They LOVE dryer lint.
I tile interiors with paper bags. I use plastic bread ties to make lampshades. I know a girl who crochets hats out of plastic bags (yes!)
I DO NOT SHOP at supermarkets that stock registers with only plastic bags. When someone asks me if i want a bag, I always THANK THEM FOR ASKING.

Its more habitual than anything else. Its not got to do with depression. And I don't starve myself during the day. However, I don't get hungry till late in the afternoon. It's like eating dinner *sparks* my hunger. Its a cycle. I stuff at night. Then in the AM, I of course dont want food. Since going raw, it's gotten a bit better. I'm going to try valerian, probably.

There have been things that I just straight up dont buy because of the packaging involoved in buying it. Its like trying to buy something covered in blood. Eeew.
Guys. Money talks. The consumer's dollar ***is*** their vote. End of story. If we didn't buy it, THEY WOULDNT MAKE IT. So I try to boycott wherever possible. Just in general.

I keep some cooked food in my house for the people I live with. So eradicating cooked foods from the house is not an option for me.
It happens nearly every night.
I get up in the middle of the night, *barely* awake, and rummage in the fridge. Half the time, I end up eating something cooked.
I'm developing an approach to this. I have been finding some success with always leaving so

I treat fungal infections from the inside out. I make the body a hostile environment to fungus by using supplements that have an astringent, antibacterial, or antifungal properties.
I use grapefruit seed extract, yarrow, goldenseal, tea tree, and oregon grape root. I cycle them in different combinations until I get the results I'm after. I use the same approach for infections. Its always

I've noticed that often Larabars are put in a raw food section at the store or labelled by the store as a 'raw' food. However, only certain Larabars *say on the label* that they are raw.
I check the Larabar label to make sure it's one of the 'raw' varieties. And I also like them less and less the farther along I've been on raw. I consider them great for days where I'd probably eat somethi

Just the other day I bought a tub of guacamole, thinking it couldn't be much different from eating an avocado. It tasted pasty and flat. It didnt seem like it was the right color. I don't think it was 'raw'. Maybe it was, but I didn't like it. I wont be doing that again.

I have a book by John H. Tobes called 'Health Giving Life Saving "No-Cook" Book'. In the back there is a passage with the heading "The Influence of Food Cooking on the Blood Formula of Man: Proceedings: First International Congress of Microbiology, Paris, 1930" by Paul Kouchakoff, M.D. of the Institute of Clinical Chemistry, Lausanne, Switzerland.
The passage describes s
