>I haven't shown that they cured my cancer I'm just presuming it without evidence Evidence is measured with what? There is no machine, no tests, no diagnostic tools that can measure better how I feel than my own self, my own awareness. No tool can better measure the mind, than the mind itself Yes I am the one who thinks. I am the one who feels. I am the one who measur

The world is not perfect. Patches are applied to keep us living. If people were driving with attention and respect of the rules there would not be any accidents. But there are many accidents. Cars are patched with paintings that may not fit exactly the original, with used tires. It is not perfect but it keep life going. Wheatgrass and dandelion greens are herbs. When I add them to my da

>Are you familiar with the nature of the SELF HEALING BODY that uses its own inherent powers to heal 24 7? But for the body to heal itself it needs chemicals, vitamins, nutrients. It needs air, water, earth, sunlight. In most cases especially in the western developed world, we have to cleanse because of overeating to help the body use the tools to heal itself In the underdeveloped wo

Quotefresh I do not accept the ..animals eat bitter foods to feel better.. argument. And wheatgrass is not food. And primarily the problem is juicing with respect to excessive bitters... not eating small amounts. And taste buds exist to direct animals to suitable food. Ignore at your peril. Less so for animals with less sophisticated senses. . The body has to be well enough to eat and process f

>I've always said eat foods that taste good not too bitter that's it.. easy. It is true to a degree. Animal eating habits are governed by the needs of their body not always the taste. When sick they will have the urge to eat foods that they do not normally eat. Even my small dogs in the house will sometimes eat the leaves of the microgreens and the wheatgrass I grow indoor. Whe

>I began my vegan journey in 1992 and got influenced by John Robbins. Back then, vegans were told to eat rice and beans for complete protein. That's what I did for many years. I always had thick long hair and no period problems as a menstruating female. I couldn't relate to vegan women who complained of hair loss and menstrual problems. >I looked at a recent Lou COrona video with Dan

Our world is full of lies, that is the sad part. In the 1920s TV, radio, and mass communication were taking roots and many who wanted to be noticed and sell products told lies, many claimed to have degrees like PhD they did not have. Even now TV and mass media commercials are full of lies. Naturally beautiful young men and women will endorse products that have nothing to do with their natur

So is his legacy really tarnished because he lied about his age? His book the miracle of fasting was groundbreaking. And he lived past 90. That is in itself a huge achievement. Cannot we just say that he was human as most of us? Many of us lie, even world leaders. Who is Wade Frazier?

Maybe we can learn better English in our daily quest for healthier bodies on raw food. Or at least understand why for some unknown reasons the conservatives were created good and the liberals bad or turned themselves into evil because God does not make mistake. Or comprehend why this is not about raw food at all. Happy Holidays !!!

>Out in nature, an animal can eat according to his/her needs and inner knowing about what it needs to heal. But it does bring into question this fruitarian dream of always wanting to live on fruit, regardless of the season Animals do not eat washed fruits. They prefer fruits with some dirt, insects on them. Animals are more practical than humans.

Regular exercise is more important than raw food and dry fasting. That is why the 80/10/10 diet is success for most, it is heavy on exercise. It is more about what we can assimilate and eliminate.

I grow indoor micro greens that I juice regularly. But I take fresh fruit with me for lunch at work. You can have your cake and eat it too. Your greens and your fruits are yours. I used to squeeze one or two lemons every morning in warm water but recently I tried to use 4 or 5 and do not even throw away the rest I juice them with celery and I feel even better. I read that the o

In another thread... BJ posted. QuoteBJ The article stated that the modern fruit is bred for it's sugar content, not it's nutrition or fibre content ( especially here in Australia ) and as a result the gorillas teeth were rotting. That their teeth were rotting is factual and you can't argue with that. Maybe the fruit quality is better in the US or other zoos, but it was just something I found

There is no scientific evidence or benefit to support dry fasting If the body is loosing two millions cells per minutes how many new cells does it create? My personal observation is that raw food especially greens are not as digestible as cooked vegetables. Our bodies may have lost that ability over the course of time. There were times when I juiced a lot greens in the morning but I did not see the health benefit until I started adding ferment to the juice. The green smoothies revolution did not generate much healing benefit either. At the

The first thing about getting help and getting healed is this: You have to acknowledge that you are sick and accept treatment. Regular or annual medical check up wouldn't have helped him. He was too extreme and consumed by his own theories. He will have tried to remedy the situation with more dry fasting against the doctor's advice. When one vegan dies from the diet within a span of 5 years it makes a lot of noise yet everyday SAD eaters die from their extreme diet of burgers and cokes and it seen as normal.
