i work for a major natural foods grocery store and i can tell you there is most definitly a raw vegan source for b12. i guess i can't mention brand names here but if you just do a little research on the net you will find it.

thank you for all your input. omega-3 and rawgosia i found your comments especially helpful. i have another issue that i could use some advice on because i feel i must be doing something wrong. i've been raw 4 weeks and i haven't lost any weight. i've completly changed the way i eat but i don't feel any smaller. before going raw i would have a pastry or bagel for breakfast, some kind of mayonaise

Generally gas is cause by the body breaking down the fiberous foods we eat.

hOW ABOUT JUST CHOPPING THEM UP AND PUTTING THEM IN THE DEHYDRATOR? THIS WOULD "COOK" THEM AND KEEP THEM RAW.

Maybe your body is telling you that you need to be right where you are. I know you may not want to hear that but if you work out 5 days a week and are eating 100% raw I think that's awesome!
