Weak digestion. Not so. Too Fast maybe Yes. I find that when I eat too raw or not enough protein it becomes too fast. In your 50's and 60's this can cause pain. Being aware of how to control how much and how often is key. Add a soft cheese like mozzarella or feta. Is cheese okay on a vegan diet?

Fast food is not necessarily cheaper than real food. I am talking about a whole meal here. Of course an apple is cheaper than a hamburger. Healthy eating can be accomplished. I don't mix fruit an vegetables. I have read in marilu henners book, and one other place, that the stomach changes to digest fruits, alkaline, and vegetables acidic. When you eat them together, they neutralize the stomach, and it sits and ferments. Food for thought anyway.

As a Blood Type A, I found I could remove my allergic responses by cutting out milk and wheat. Yet I can still eat yogurt, and eat feta and mozzarella cheese. So it is the milk in the bottle that seems to be the problem. Try cooking with almond milk. For the pasta, there are quinoa pasta's available which will help. I had severe constipation till I started the blood type diet..
