I'm thinking of trying a raw food diet for a bit (maybe a month), more as a temporary experiment than intending to do it forever. I've met people who say they've never felt better than when eating raw vegan and I want to loose some weight, build muscle and have a strict limitation meaning I give up often slurging on naughty things (booze, chocolate, sugar, ect).
