In preparing Beans. Would the best way be to cook them on the lowest heat which might take 8 or 12 hours or is there another way?

I use a centrifugal juicer for my celery juice and I store it in pint mason jars and I fill the jar to the top where it runs over and I store 2 of them in the refrigerator therefore I drink the 2nd one 48 hour after juicing and I can't tell the difference between that and the one I drink immediately. They say using a centrifugal juicer your juice will last only 24 hours which I am finding it hard

I'm not sure what you reply has to do with my post. I drink 1 pint of celery juice in the morning. My post was how about continuing juicing and have carrot juice later in the day and would a pint be too much?

I'm juicing and drinking 16oz of celery juice first thing in the morning so if I'm going to go to that much trouble how about continuing to juice 16oz of carrot juice and have it for lunch? I juice three 16oz's of celery juice and drink one and put the other 2 in mason jars and fill them to the very top for the next 2 days and in the refig of course at 40 degrees. So why not do that for the carro

Are all caned vegetables cooked passed the 118 degrees? How about caned fruits? I rinse caned fruits well so would there be anything wrong with that? However I have notice I am eating a lot more fresh fruits than I usually do. I think I want to use canned foods in emergency's. I'm just tired of not feeling well.

I should of said in my post that I rinse all my can beans thoroughly so would that help. I also make 15 bean soup which is pretty plain. But in the forum I understand that your not suppose to heat anything over 118 degrees. This is all confusing.

I am new and want to ease into a Raw Food Diet but I want to do a little at a time. I'm drinking a pint of celery juice in the morning for starter and it is going to take me a few months to get into the diet. I'm tired of being sick every day and I'm 72 and I have a lot of can beans. Can you give me some info on the can beans, which are good and which are not?

12. recipes
Where would I get simple recipes where I don't have to soak, add a dozen spices, put on a hot plate and so on. Just simple recipes to chop, blend and so forth because I don't want to spend an hour making a sauce where half the item I don't want anyway. I'm also a lousy cook.

What do you mean you'll live a couple more years by only using your blender? The difference between blending raw foods or cooking with oils, animal products, fast food, and eating junk food will be a couple of years of living. However this is a raw food forum so that won't apply.

The reason I ask this question is I suffer from Depression and have a small eating disorder. So if I get rid of all the junk food and just have raw material and throw my frying pan away then maybe I'll live a couple more years by using only my high speed blender. However I think I need a book so I make sure I get all the right nutrition. So can anyone recommend a book?

Could you just take raw veggies and fruits, raw seeds and nuts and put them in a blender and drink them 4 or 5 times a day?

Why is eating so complex? Us humans have to have a thousands types of food to juggle. I open up one bag of food for my dog and that's it. One cup in the morning and one cup at night. Why can't humans do something like that? If someone would give me a bag of food and said this is everything you need to have the perfect diet, just one cup in the morning and one cup at night. I wouldn't care if it t

18. Agave
To sweeten my oatmeal which I warm up and don't cook it I use Agave instead of other sweeteners which I guess is the best one to use? Also how long should I soak my almonds before putting them in my oatmeal?
