And it is not that difficult to pass a 2 cm stone. Please wait and do not undertake surgery. The gallblader is important and it is YOUR organ and not the doctors organ! I would immediately get on the liver flushes! Theoretically, even if you would have surgery then you would still pass stones from the liver! Many people have reported this on curezone. It may take a good 3 months until youre gallbl

I have done almost 10 liver flushes and can surely tell you that stones DO come out! It does work and I followed the Andreas Moritz protocoll, but be aware that you MUST prepare yourself correctly with a lot of apples. They contain malic acid and make the stones smaller so that they can pass. A parasite cleanse would be beneficial and remember to do either salt water flushes or enemas after the fl

100 % pure olive oil soap is fantastic for brushing the teeth. Dr Judd wrote a book on it. It should restore cavities because the glycerin will be washed away and glycerin acts like a layer,so the teeth cannot restore itself if your brush with normal toothpaste. But pure, natural olive oil soap should do it.

TSM,your posts are highly interesting.Concerning the diat, there is no doubt that the sprouterian diat is more nutritious than a fruit diat, although I do think that fruit should be used in severe illnesses where the lymph system is involved for example tumours etc. Now about spirituality,I would ask you to keep posting your wisdom even though members like John think that you are from the dark sid

But you really have to know the law to avoid problems. I still think that it is very risky to try to not pay taxes etc. You will be on the radar and it may become problematic. Although you could save a ton of money

Oh boy, this is pretty serious stuff. So do you put your assets in the name of a family member? How does this actuálly work? I mean the only way to protect yourself is to know the law better than the lawyer. But this would take years of studying. Don`t know if it is worth it. I mean it is clear that the government is corrupt, but what can you do. It is really hard in this life because you h

We definetely need carbohydrates, but the question is from which kind of source: fruit or sprouted grains and legumes? Fruit is easier to digest but sprouted legumes have way more nutrition per gramm and are also a very decent source of calories. It is also possible to use fat as a calorie source if the body adapts to it.

Well yes ,it seems like he has a very old school way of thinking in terms of nutrition. I recall him saying that he studied the old natural hygiene books (like Arnold Ehret). But at his time there was no Internet,so you can`t blaim him . He once even underwent a six month orange juice fast. That is pretty crazy, but the fruit was way more nutritious back then. I really find his treatment pro

Coconot oil has definitely beneficial qualities, but which minerals are you getting from it? Ther are practicaly no minerals or vitamins in any oil and it seems just to act as a calorie source.I would prefer coconut butter instead of the oil due to the nutrition content.Only because Dr. Cassar eats that much oil does not mean that it is the right choice. And if you choose to eat a lot of fat you h

I think that first of all the function of the body is way more important than the food you eat. It has a crucial impact on absorption of minerals. If you are hypothyroid no amount of good nutrition will make a difference. Movement of the lymph is important for the absorption of fat soluble vitamins and the function of the adrenals is also very important. Then you have to look at the stomach ac

There is no doubt that the sproutarian diat is more nutritious than the fruitarian one. But the question is if one is willing to do all the hard work to grow all of those sprouts. The more time is spent growing food=less time for family and career. It probably depends what your priorities are. But I think that a short term frutarian diat can be extremely healing due to the lymphatic qualities.
