Hi! What is your favorite fruit? And nut and vegetable? I have only tasted low quality fruit but a good banana beats almost everything. I love mango too. Peaches are great as well but if I have to pick one, I'd say a good quality banana. I haven't tasted good papayas etc. My favourite nut is probably almond! So sweet.. And my favourite vegetable must be cabbage!

Don't waste your time trying to help people who doesn't want to be helped. If she wants to be fat and sick, let her be that. Those people hate to take responsibility for their own lives and they get personally insulted if you tell them that their health is in their own hands and not in their genes etc.

Foul smelling gas is almost always due to protein putrefaction in the intestines. I don't see how you possibly could have foul smelling gas on a low fat and low protein diet so try that. Or go only fruit for a few days until the gas becomes odorless (as it should be).

But question is, is cooked food really that harmful? MANY populations have thrived on both raw/cooked foods and are in good health. The ancient greeks (SO HIGH in their evolution) ate cereals. One of their gods was Ceres, also important figure in astrological mythology. Is it possible to raise a child on only raw? And I honestly doubt that a little celery and a few soft tender greens are suff

So many suffer on the raw food diet, why is so? Is it perhaps because we are adapted to cooked food? Watch the video below, it really got me thinking. Personally I think the most ideal diet consists of fruits, vegetables, nuts and potatoes, sweet potatoes etc. Watch:

Meatmonger propaganda there. B12 is present in natural environments and we would get more b12 than we need if we lived in our natural environment which is in the tropics, where we wouldnt need vitamin d either. Eating meat is MORE unnatural for a planteating vegetarian animal like the human species. It's like a cow eating flesh or a lion eating grass.

Wheat have sustained a lot of people, and made them live in good radiant health. Wheat is in my opinion a good food. Grains does not deserve the bad criticism.

Fasting-high is the best high because it takes away your bad qualities as a human and temporarily, you're so pure and free from sin and dirt. I'm addicted to go without food.

He is so wrong it is hard to not get upset. What low carb diets does is simulating fasting/starvation. When the fasting mind goes into ketosis, the mind does into an altered state. I have tried to go into ketosis with food (low carb, vegan) and with fasting and I can tell you that when fasting and you enter ketosis, the brain really gets clearer and it gets clearer the longer you fast. But whe

Hm strange because I have always found fruit so nonstimulating and I eat it slowly and enjoy every bite so much, I never gulp it down in a gorging process, compared to what happens when you eat highly seasoned food with lots of calories etc. I never gorge nuts down either. I find vegetables, fruits and nuts (not cashews, peanuts) very unstimulating and I automatically eat them slowly.

My knee was a bit "loose" on both legs and the leg was not straight, being a bit curved at the knee and below. This straightened out completely and it was completely straight on day 14. I have seen others reporting the same. The body feels a lot more flexible, atheletic after the fast and I'm not an athletic guy
