So I still haven't been able to crack the case and figure out why I'm so damn dizzy.. I even ate meat (shoot me) to test if it was detox.. And the dizziness hasn't gone away. Someone actually recommended that I look into histamine intolerance... And it seems pretty likely that I have an intolerance to the high amounts of histamine in my diet now... Unfortunately, I'm not having that experience... The first post I made asking for help was trolled by a member named Suez.. I really need a little help with raw foods because I dont have any friends or relatives that eat raw to speak to, and I've had a few problems trying to switch to a raw diet :/

My bananas are always somewhat brown when I eat them. And I've been trying to make my cooked meals a little simpler. I didn't have heartburn yesterday.. Still experiencing a little dizziness and fatigue since beginning. I had a lot of gree

I've been having issues gradually transitioning to raw vegan from a whole foods omni diet. My main issues are digestive problems - heartburn, indigestion, diarrhea, & stomach pain. (I have been paying attention to food combining)... I'm eating 90% vegan now, and about 60% raw throughout the day - only cooked foods at night... I'm not sure how to prevent this because I'm having problems eve
