Good, just eat more apples. I've been planting apple trees of a number of varieties. I keep picking away at clearing more hillside land and planting more trees as I can spend time on it. Using compost and natural minerals. Been out mowing fields with flail chopper, making piles of chopped grass to compost.

Horse owners know that horses need around 10% protein for maintenance. Young growing animals or mares with foals can use more. Too much protein is hard on their kidneys they say. I have assumed people are similar. But for some reason that point of info hasn't made it into the human health info very well. Sometimes industry financial gain stops appropriate health info from getting through.

Detox can be of benefit, sometimes seriously needed. but I do not recommend keeping it up more than 10 days at a time. A good 10 day program done right can turn around most any disease issue. Long term balance is good. And I've seen plenty of people go vegan and loose their health. (My mother for one, in the 70's) She recognized what was doing it and went back to lacto/ovo vegetarian. I had a frozen Durian once, it was good tasting. I hear they pick the least rotten smelling Durian for export. Where it's grown I've heard it's not allowed to carry it on public transport in some locations, it smells too bad. If I lived where it grew I'd intentionally overlook the odour and pretend I liked it and eat plenty of it. When one pretends to like something intentionally it reacts

What really should be hated is the sin that makes humans turn wicked. I think I'd have a fun time and be over fed when I have to go hit the forest and stay there. Now to stay all raw, that'd be harder but not impossible. In survival mode I wouldn't try to stay entirely raw. When the oaks are drooping acorns spend full time picking them up by the bushels, dry by a fire and store in a dry

I think since humans and plants have a symbiotic relationship from as far back as one wants to go in known history, we were made for each other. Therefore whatever anti-nutrients might be in one food plant would likely be overruled by another. It's best to not have a mono diet of one item anyway. But the worst anti-nutrient substance is not in plants, but it's in chemicals, specifically
