Coconutcream, you are funny! somehow, though, your picture doesn't quite fit with someone who would use the phrase "pigged out" and althought the picture does look HOT I don't think HOT women actually say "I am so hot" nice try but I do enjoy the laughs

why are you restricting yourself to all fruit, might I ask? I don't think you are ready for that. It will be an easier transition if you eat all the raw foods you can find, including vegetables, nuts and seeds, plus you can make delicious recipes (look at rawfoods recipes link on the home page). I just wish you would DO something, try it all, get busy and STOP whining! if not, then go get your

I hear ya!!! It is indeed a challenge. I'm making a RAW apple pie today... it is soooo gooooood! For me, I know that the refined processed sugars are a deadly poison that zap my nutrients and energy. I've trained my self to just say "NO" and walk away. I've substituted making raw desserts which mostly use dates as the sweetner. I think if you start making the raw desserts you'll find

eating raw foods will start cleanzing the system. I did the master cleanse a few weeks ago. It was good but I'm not sure if all that mable syrup was/is a good idea. I've had many cravings for cooked foods and breads since ending the fast. just now getting back to 100% clean, healthy, energizing Raw Food. It feels good!

Dear Confuzed, I can only say that for the past three years I have been very ill (extreme fatigue, brain fog... the list goes on and on... I really felt like I was dead but still walking around in a body--just lifeless) but since going on the raw foods diet (almost 6 months now!) my life energy is starting to return and I feel hopeful that I may be able to recover fully in time. It has been conf

Hi Shep. I've never experienced acid reflux (that I know of) or serious heartburn of late. I am on day 6 of the cleanse and the phlegm is mostly gone now. I just read in David Klein's book that mucous/phlegm is the bodies response to toxins (can't find the passage right now). peace, Mark

>Mark58, do you get phlegm after eating just fruit? -Ally< Hi Ally. It seems that I always get "some" phlegm (in different degrees) after eating just about anything. I started the Master Cleanse yesterday and I still have phlegm. It is less but still there. I hope to be rid of it by the end of the cleanse and then start introducing foods one at a time to find the culprit

LTF (or anyone) Should I look at this mucous as an allergic reaction and a sign to eliminate its cause from my diet...? or do you think it is a temporary phase of detoxing (as suggested with the fruit) and of no real concern? thanks for your reply, Mark

Thanks LTF. Should I look at this mucous as a sign to eliminate its cause from my diet...? or do you think it is a temporary phase of detoxing (as suggested with the fruit) and of no real concern? I had a salad last night (unblended and without fruit) in order to test some foods. The mucous appeared. >Sprouted legumes: mung beans, alfalfa, lentils. Definitely lentils as they are starchy

I've been reading research on soy for the past 3 years... I'm convinced it's not good. the following is from Soy Myth Exposed: Soy is Not a Health Food Not too long ago, soy foods were on the fringes of Americans' grocery lists. They were thought of as "hippie" foods or even food for those in impoverished countries. So how, then, did soy foods grow from an $800 million indus

Hi Audry. I am on the Ann Wigmore Diet... so lots of energy soups with apple or watermelon, buckwheat & sunflower greens, lettuce, avocado, and sprouts (usually mung bean, alfalfa, and/or lentils), sometimes I add other veggies (cucumber, beets and beet greens, swiss chard…). Breakfast is usually a mix of fruit, occasionally with buckwheat sprouts, and almond, sunflower or sesame mil
