Hi Bryan and co.... I had a colonic done for the 1st time in 2001...the lady who did this was very professional and gentle... She also told me I had an A1 system (possible due to all of the veg, fruit and seeds I eat). Fast forward 5 years...my diet is now 70% raw and I know how to blend smoothies at the drop of a hat almost without thinking, because I know how they should taste...however -

Hi there, I must agree with Alive...growing sprouts is very easy if you're a busy person, all yuu have to do is remember to rinse them once in the morning and again in the evening before sleeping. Since less than a minute to do...I tend to mix bowls of sprouts when growing them, eg, adzuki, mung and lentil grow at about the same rate and look nice...I tend to blend them in the food processor

Parasites can be microscopic, when you kiss someone on the cheek, handle pets, loo handles, kitchen surfaces, unwashed fruit, veg, meat that's not cooked properly (thatmight not count!), milk.... This is just the beginning of what could be a verrry long least, so unless you want to live o

Hi Darkwood, I'd love to go 100% raw after trying it for 1 week this year, I looked so young, but the only thing is that when you're busy living in a city studying, you have to think on your feet when it comes to raw. Nuts give me cold sores. I get rid of those with fish oil, chicken or evening primose oil..I don't tend to eat loads of carbs because it feeds the candida! Animal protein ke

You know Rawmark, After reading your posts and what came out of you, I'm beginning to wonder if I cleansed with Dr Natura properly in January this year. The only thing that came out of me was a very long worm and this was the day after I'd eaten 3 garlic cloves mixed in with a smoothie. I've done 2 liver flushes since then and will be doing my 3rd one next week. This seems to be more

Hello folks, I totally agree with eating animal protein along with tons of salad! Having the need to put on muscle due to chronic eczema, I checked out all the various ways that I could consume protein that was good for both my skin and easy to gain muscle mass with. Had nutmilks which I made myself, but that caused severe itching and herpes which had to quickly be dissolved with food like
