i start coughing because my airway gets blocked and i can't breath... i feel like if i don't cough i will choke...

i got sick about two weeks ago after eating i think seven mentos in one time...
i was waiting for the bus at night after work and had nothing to do...
it's also because i've been eating really poorly recently (i'm a raw foodist who has gone off the wagon too many times and who's dreaming of getting back on it permanately...)

she has all these certification courses but is she at all qualified to give them? especially at such high prices? does she have any science background? is she a dietician?
just wondering. because i didn't think that you could be a reliable raw food advocate without some kind of formal college education..
any thoughts?

yeah i no wat u mean but it's so much funner to talk to teens because they're teens, u no?
teens usually like to associate with each other much more than with adults.. no offence!
anyways, jgunn i really like your point about how parents always want their kids to eat fruits and veggies but when they do it's all of the sudden dangerous.. lol hilarious isn't it
