Hi Flavor is great with the skin.. I love my Almond milk as well and also new to raw foods. I soak my almonds well but I do not peel them. I blend them well and strain well in a cheese cloth..the tasted is wonderful and the color is only a slight brown..but I don't care what color it is. I do make sure I buy good almonds, I can tell a differnce from grocery to grocery. I always bu

Hello All, I just stumbled on to this drink and love it. The Gingerberry flavor really soothes my stomach. Also I just find them very refeshing. Any comments would be appreciated, I am ok with fermented items..but if I drink too many they do seem to bloat me a bit. They appear to offer enzymes and probiotics..etc.. so the label says Raw, Organic..Is it?? Thanks Emmylou

Very Good Question! I was wondering the same thing. I am also a small petite female, and farely new to Live Foods and have noticed that I eat a high fat content..Avacados everyday, almond or hemp milk everyday as well as olive oil on my salad and nuts for snacks.. I am sure that I average around 80 plus grams of fat a day.. having said that I haven't gained weight and just had my blood work don

I also have been doing Yoga for about 4 years before that a Gym rat as they say. The benefits are numerous to mention and personal to each one as well. Yoga keeps me sane. It is such a passion for me. Some immediate benefits would be strenth and flexibilty and that would vary with the type of yoga that you do and the amount of yoga that you do. Yoga came before my Live Foods, but now that I have

Yogamama.. I think it's good for you but recently have heard bad things about it..it is the active ingrediant THEOBROMINE that seems to be an issue.. I have had no bad reaction to it, but I have only been eating it for 2 months.. I love it. I personally use it in smoothies.. or Almond Milk for a chocolate shake.. Hopefully other more experianced raw-foodist can answer this question.

Purenkind, My HCT is 25.4 and MCV 62 and my MCH is 19.5 all my numbers are very low, I am convinced for me it is due to lack of Iron supplements combined with heavy mensus. I have never taken Iron and dont eat meat, however. I am only into Live foods for 2 months, so this is not why for me! This has happened over years for me. For you, it could be due to your master cleanse. This can be seri

Thank You! Piano Gal and Arugula.. Already checked out the website ,so this will be very helpful! I have no intention of eating meat, I have just cleansed myself and feel wonderful! Except for the anemia, but it is written that hemme iron is better absorbed than non hemme..so that would be a lassssst resort. Thanks a bunch!!!
