Have enormous amount of raw agave nectar (2 gallon bottles, 10 21-oz. bottles, and a 16-oz. bottle), plus about 8 bottles of Green Mush (same as Nature's First Food/Vitamineral Green, only with CoQ10) and a bottle of Greener Grasses. Must get rid of now! Please name your price, but include shipping costs. Email opentransom@web

Ooooh I have to defend myself - TC Fry is my ultimate definition of "a bad person"! Bungay is so anti-Fry it's her middle name.

Thank you! I thought of at least trying, with nothing to lose, to play a Pain Release subliminal tape during the process, but my experience with hypnosis and subliminal tapes (or CDs) in other contexts has been quite extravagantly dismal - evidently, I'm tremendously un-susceptible to suggestion! Weird! But I might as well try some auto-hypnosis - "This is fun, this is fun, this is a gas.&q

I did not mean to suggest that I think raw food-ism is synonymous with those raw food sites that sell questionable supplements - the "very nice" raw-foodism of which you speak is generally based around natural foods. Which "DHEA supplement" and zeolite obviously aren't. I actually find it quite horrifying that "raw" sites should promote these things - they don't have

Yeah, I actually hate chocolate! I just once overcame my intense antipathy and bought a whole bunch because the Nature's First Liars were promoting it as a spiritual health food (blush). I don't like eating dried fruit, either - for the past few years I've been trying to mail-order those goji plants so I can have the fresh berries, but they are always out of stock.

I've just been on naturalzing.com to get some nori and they have all these new products there they call "superfoods". Let me start right off saying I'm against all this hype and the "next new thing" these sites want you to spend a fortune on - I've tried them all. Unlike many of you, I've been bitterly disappoined by goji, maca, E3Live, angstrom minerals, you name it, I've tri

Oohg - I am getting a tooth extracted Friday - it's a healthy tooth, but they want it out for orthodonture - I am really dreading the pain and anxious. Anybody know of a topical anaesthetic that can be used in the mouth to nmb the area? I did a test yesterday with cayenne pepper, but it irritated more than it really numbed. I've heard echinacea and clove oil might help. Something I'm missing? Not

Very interesting and heartening! What raw foods do you avoid? Are you high-fruit or high-fat (heh heh) or just anything? Do you think it's possible to be low-carbohydrate and low-fat - no overt sweet stuff, no overt fat, and sustain it as a lifestyle? I want to alkalize but am not into fatty foods - make me feel sluggish. And then I DO break out into acne. Anyone think dried-but-"raw"

Hiya - I tried to order Flex Effect but it keeps saying my credit card is invalid - I've checked it 100 times - have you heard of people having this problem there? Facial exercise is something I've tried, rather assiduouly it seemed to me, but I'm wiling to try again - like 100% fresh raw, it is not something I've ever done every day for, like, five months at a stretch, so perhaps it just takes m

<I don't believe that it is healthy> Thank you, jadedshade - I suppose that this is what my body as well as my mind instructs me about it, and your (concurring!) input is very valuable - I also found a thread from August on this forum that went into the question, and so I feel quite decided that it's not something I'm going to use. I don't think I'll use maple syrup since I want to stay 100

Thank you - I have a couple of questions. You can play semantic games about what's raw and what isn't, but for something like this you can't fool your body - do you think that if I add agave nectar that as not been heated, as they say, above 118 degrees, my body will accept this as "raw" and so continue with the improvement I long for? Or do you think that for something like this, that

"I didn't want to leave the house and I couldn't even look in the mirror without having an anxiety attack." I'm so happy for you that's in the past tense! Yes, that's how it is. I wish we could just be good and nice and be ourselves and not hurt any others and therefore just be all right as we are and not have to hate ourselves and want to die because of how we look, if it's something

Just read your post, Mike - I was wondering if juice fasting would do more than just eating. I've never gone longer than 20 days, and that wasn't geen-juice-based. I'll start today!!

Thank you - that's what I've found, too. Even have to watch the dulse (relatively low-sodium seaweed). Great posts, everyone - very much appreciated.

Bryan makes it very clear (to none whose consciousnes is not befooged by mucus, casein-opiate, and factory-farming and slaughterhouse insensitivity) that this board is for the discussion of raw veganism. Discussion of supporting the killing and abuse of other sentients wih your dietary should be carried on elswhere, if that's what you do.

I agree about HygieneGuy - he's been around these boards for a couple of years at least and always seems to be running some scam on someone - suspicious and pernicious, it would appear.

Greetings - I've been 100% organic fresh vegan raw for three months and I'd like to hear anything about your experiences in changing your looks. I have a monstrously ugly face - assymetrical and genetically heavy, puffy, and moronic. It looks really ogrous. I am hoping that as much of this as possible of this is fixable by alkalization, that it's due to overacidity and the kind of misshapenness c
