all parts of the diet have their place, i think. follow your instincts. if they lead you to fat, i'd eat that. we need fat. although it needs to be good fat- raw vegan organic fat. but, i think our body leads us to the right proportion that we need. Fat is so necessary. So is greens and so is fruit. No vegan food should be eliminated, I think.

I think energy healings would really help. My favorite is www.quantumtouch.com. Also, redirecting that energy into exercise moght help. If he feels mad, maybe he can walk around his room until he's tired to music. Or walk/march in place. Some sort of exercise to tire him out and relax him. But, energy healings would be my best bet. That's what I personally use to cure muyself of schizophrenia, a

I read that juicing lemons and rubbing it on the face and leaving it on for a long time, maybe overnight, then washing it off, helps. Maybe the raw acid dissolves the dirt. Raw will definitely make your face look better in the long run. I'm sorry you're going through this.

I can't prove that there are enzymes in water, yet, though. It's the same principle as raw food. water is dead when it is boiled and alive when it is not- simple enough to me.

it's not expensive or exhausting. after the initial investment- it's free since it's rain. and it takes a minute to pour the water, carry it to the filter and filter it. the water is raw. evaporation is a raw process. the earth does not heat up to boiling point. the water becomes a gas, and floats up to the clouds, which are still at a raw temperature, then rains down on us again. just because

i vote for the raw grains. raw anything is usually better than cooked. a lot of the complaints people have with grains is in it's cooked version. we can digest grains just fine it's raw form, even if it globs up and gets sticky like grains is known for. That is just it's texture and it provides an interesting texture for eating. So, i'd load up on all the grains i wanted as long as i ate it raw.

I'm so excited to find two places that deliver/ship organic juices and wheatgrass. And the wheatgrass is grown outside to prevent mold which they say infect a lot of indoor wheatgrass. The juice and the wheatgrass are frozen but still living. I'm so lazy and hate juicing and now I can have it done for me. Raw Living Food will soon become fast food if this trend contiues!
