2. Re: raw almond butter on champion juicer

I put the blank plate into my juicer but its hard to make it. I have to press down on the almonds with force and still it doesn't come out creamy or pasty, it comes out in crumbs, which is weird, because Paste actually builds up in the opening instead of coming out where it's supposed to. Any tips?

Yea, blond Henna doesn't dye you're Hair , it just highlights already blond Hair and makes it shine. If you bought a Henna Color, it might be a color with some Henna in it, because real Henna is a Powder that almost smells like spinach. 5. Changes you have noticed since starting Rawfoods...

At what temperatures is Ezekiel bread baked, and is it considered raw? On their package it says: " ...And even better still, our exclusive backing process preserves these valuable nutrients and retains the important natural fiber and bran." 16. Weight loss

Hi Everyone! I've just started back doing Raw Foods, and this is the end of day six. I still haven't lost any weight, I think I might be gaining it. I'm always bloated and I really don't see any differences yet. I need to lose about 23 lbs alltogether. I've been eaten fruit mainly, hardly any vegetables. Could that be why I'm not losing? Any suggestions you have for me to speed up my weight

19. How to be sure it's Raw

I thought maybe everyone could post one Food they had trouble finding raw, and how they made sure that it was indeed raw. E.g: Raw Oats. I'm still trying to find them raw. I've started buying Oat groats in Whole Foods and I roll them myself at Home. I'm still not sure if they are completly raw!

24. Raw cereal?

Hi I'm new here, I was wondering if this cereal that I have is raw, it"s made by Arrowhead Mills and its called, Organic 4 Grain Plus Flax. It has Organic Whole Cracked Wheat, Organic Steel Cut Oats, Organic Whole Rye grits, Organic Whole Barley Grits, and organic Flax Seed. If it isn't, any ideas for a Raw Breakfast?? Thanks!
