I've been off and on raw for a couple of months now, I tend to mess up when traveling.
but I've stayed almost 100% raw for the last 32 days or so. I say almost because I have the occasional cup of coffee when pulling a studying-all-nighter (I'm in college).
my main problem is besides making sure I don't eat anything I shouldn't is that I try to eat as much as possible but I still lose weigh

look I'm sorry about the vitamin thing, it wasn't an attack on anyone else. really I just phrased it wrong as I in particular need to take supplements.

I really hate to exercise, and its hard for me. what I do is crank up the music on my mp3 player and bike ride. its exercise, yes, but I like that if you pump hard for a few seconds you can coast and feel a breeze or cool rush hit you, even if its hot out. It's nice to go around 5 in the morning with it's just starting to get blue and light out. so nice.

Can we eat benefiber? its supposed to keep you regular, but it also makes the *ahem* movements firm, in my experience.

I put ketchup on my mac and cheese too! it was soy cheese as I'm allergic to dairy, but it still tasted the same.
Every Hanukkah for only those 8 days my mother would makes us Jewish food like latkes, special applesauce, Borscht, Knishes and bagels n' lox. very not vegan. I always dipped my latkes (potato pancakes) in my mothers applesauce.

Okay, so I have been vegan for the last 3 years and I love it so much.
I have, after much thought, decided to become a raw vegan.
