I respectfully disagree with both of you. This is from observence of raw foods and their effect on my body and a regular diet. everytime I eat raw I lose just as much fat and muscle simutaneously, also most 100% raw foodist are skin and bones. vinny, I would like to see a picture example to back up your Theory. Superinfinity, sitting "up right" has no effect on developing abs.

I believe the weight loss theory is the ammount of calories reduced from eating Raw foods, as raw foods are difficult to eat large ammounts of. The type of weight loss on Raw food diet is usually fat ANd muscle muss loss at the same time, but physiques are usually, ultimately ending in super-skinny. I think this is due to the fact that once you run out of muscle to lose, then you begin losi

I'v been eating mostly fruits for my source of cabrs for about 2-3 weeks. I've noticed a serious down-fall in my strength. So yesterday I ate a lot of rice, and today I feel strong again.

I hate to say it but I have to say Nedsin kinda refreshed some reality to this board. MOST raw foodist who claim to have muscle are skinny. Me, I dont mind being skinny, I'm into endurance stuff anyways, but as far as muscle goes/bodybuilding, what can ya do? I know you all probably hate him, and you all probably are taking great offense at our posts or whatever, that's fine. Me personally I

Ok, Maybe you should re-read my article to understand my point. The point is, people who are "raw' and have mass, got it from previously being "S.A.D." - Does that make sense to you now? Also, i

NOTE: THE MODERATORS DECIDED TO LET ME ONLY EDIT A POST 3 TIMES FOR SOME REASON, SO I HAVE TO POST ANOTHER CORRECTION...LAME.. I have to agree with Nedsin on everything. I tried to come here for answers but I basically got the "IT's detox" or "you must lose all your original 'fake' muscle" before you gain real "Raw" muscle," as fruitarion put it. I find it

I have to agree with Nedsin on everything. I tried to come here for answers but I basically got the "IT's detox" or "you must lose all your original 'fake' muscle" before you gain real "Raw" muscle," as fruitarion put it. I find it pretty insulting that all my hard work busting my ass in the gym to get my bench max up was called "FAKE" just because I w

Hey, besides banana's, does anyone know of any other high-calorie dense fruits? (Besides nuts/avocados or fats) I think cantalope is another good one, but I'm not sure. Just looking for another alternative staple, rather then eating bananas all day. Thank you.

Hey Jen, You have a good point there on the identity thing. Well to be honest with you, one of the main reasons I wanted to bulk up, was because I want to look proportional (Not the stick figure look) - Since then I've gained more of a male shape, rather then being a 6'2 stick. I've been the "skinny guy" all my life, and well, just wanted to try somthing different for a change. I feel

So my plight begins, well actually there is no plight. But the story starts roughly 2 years ago, at age 19, when I discovered the greatness that is going raw. Althought I was only 60-80%, I lost lots of fat. I was already a skinny guy, but going raw just made me lose the flab. I enjoyed high endurance, better overall health and appearance, consistant good moods, and some sort of "Lightness&q

For the record, when I was about 50-60% raw, I was happy, energetic, more social, talkative, and hyper. A "Natural high" - Not like a drug or alcohol induced, but more like, sense of well being. That's for damn sure. But you're not going to wake up out of your bed going "GOOD MORNING MUTHA FU%##%*#*#%!!!!!!!!!!!"
