I have eaten many Mexican papayas (maradol or something like that not medjool, which is a name of dates) that are so juicy that the seeds have sprouted inside the fruit

From my own experience, I'd recommend avocado with hot pepper (& garlic, if you wish).
Or else, grape with garlic & ginger -- or a grape-garlic-ginger juice...

Ah. That must be a typo. What works against biotin, found in the yolk itself, is the egg *white* (the clear stuff).

According to Viktor Schauberger water for human consumption is to be kept in the cold & dark
Ideally, we would be drinking spring water as it comes out of the earth on its own.
It is my theory that water exposed to the sun -- lake or river water -- is for animals to drink. Rain, underground & well waters are for plants.

In case it helps, here is my experience.
Every time I had muscle cramps in the past (after sitting for while or while sleeping at night) it turned out that sole fixed the problem. The sole I make is Fiji water saturated with Himalayan crystal salt for at least 24 hr. & kept in the cold & dark.
So, the muscle cramp went away with a form of sodium.
