Definitely not raw Rebekah. If you are serious about the change, you may want to invest in a juicer and juice your own veggies.

32. salt
I am so confused about the salt controversy. Most raw foodists say no way, that it's very detrimental. Others, including the followers of Weston Price, think celtic sea salt is health promoting and a good thing. Anyone up for discussion?

No, I'm no longer on the Remicade. I was too skittish to try again after being so sick . . .knew it was not in my best interest. I have 2 friends who have also found great relief with it, however one is now starting to have problems - infections and such. Just curious if you have tried homeopathy? I am looking into that but have not tried yet.

Funny you should mention Remicade. I had been drug-free for 10 years, however last January I was in such bad shape that I decided to try the Remicade. The 1st time went okay. The 2nd time I became violently ill during the infusion. Just another indication that drugs do not belong in my body. Now I am doing better but still searching for answers. I will check out the kombucha. Thanks for the post

Lily, with the exception of migraines, you and I have much in common. I really do think you can do a raw or high raw diet. Do you rotate foods or how do you handle the sensitivities? I rotated for several years before I discovered that I had high levels of hevy metals which were responsible for the sensitivies. As soon as I started to work on getting them out of my body, the food sensitivies sto

Thomas, my diet consists of all raw before dinner time. Breakfast is usually veg juice or fruit smoothie. Lunch is mono meal like tomatoes. Dinner might be quinoa with black beans and a bunch of raw veggies. I walk with my husband in the mornings when I can, but lately I haven't felt like it. I have heavy metal issues which make me incredibly ill at times. Very frustrating. I no longer work so do

Has anyone seen lasting success with raw foods for rheumatoid? I ask because I have been high raw for several years now and am not getting enough relief. I am afraid that early steroid use has hindered my chances of getting well. Very frustrated I am.

Hi everybody. I have been away from this board for quite sometime and boy do I regret it. I went back to old eating habits. Not totally SAD, but lots of bread, bad food combinations, etc. I feel like such an idiot, as I am sicker than ever. Now I cannot eat fruit at all or I feel so fatigued, painful joints, headaches, and on and on. I know this will get better with time and raw eating, but I rea
