I'd get a glass of wine, if anything, and stay away from the sugary mixed drinks (no juices there will be raw/fresh, unless it's a very unique bar!).

I think organic, fair-trade dark chocolate can be part of a healthy diet. Don't beat yourself up and try to eat as much raw as you are comfortable with.

No, I don't think that's enough fat, at least wouldn't be for me. And if you want the benefit fo the omega 3s, you have to grind the flaxseeds.

Depends on where you live. Health food stores usually have it and Trader Joe's now carries it, though not sure if theirs is raw; it doesn't say.

I'd say the main difference that people would choose agave as a liquid sweetener is because it does not exploit/take from non-human animals and also does not cause (or so they say) spikes in blood sugar. I do love agave - it's very sweet, and yes, liquidy, and easy to find raw in my area.

You can make hempnut butter same as you would any other nut/seed butter (in your food processor). You can use them to coat truffles. You can add them to salad dressings in your blender.

Thank you. Makes sense on the percentages and amount of fat I eat. I don't have any goals per se except that I wanted to eat at least two meals raw, but it ended up that I stopped wanting cooked food altogether for a few weeks and craved raw everything! I'm thinking now that I'll do all raw except 10% drinks one day, so 90%, then alternate so the next day may have a cooked dinner if that's wha

Hi, all. I've been eating mostly raw for a few weeks now (except wherein someone else cooked/prepared food for me for a few days) and I find that throughout the month, I have had INTENSE chocolate cravings. No problem, I can find raw chocolate/carob desserts or make my own, but, as you know, these are higher in calories. If I succumb to the cravings and eat more fat than I'm used to.....well,
