What other vegetables are corn related to? Is it a un-sweet fruit or ...what? Don't the little corn nibblets have seeds in them or are seeds or something? Just a random question, probably adding confusion! Sorry

Do you know if raw quinoa is orderable online? I don't know if i would be able to find it easily around where I live in NC. --I would be glad to sprout it i just, you know, don't know where to find it haha! And carbs are our main fuel - fruit, simple carbs; that's where all of our energy comes from. When you work out, your body tackles the simple carbs first, because that is what I believe (

I love cereal. But I also work out in the morning, and it's not good to use nut milks in place of soy milk because you want to get all the carbs and bit of proteins in before a workout Does anyone have an idea of what i could use as a "milk" that has no fat? And what should I use as a "cereal" I was thinking just fruit and dates..I don't know where to find buckwheat but

Green smoothies are basically just greens and fruit - usually - blended in a smoothie; preferably a high powered one so that the blade will break the tough cell walls of certain vegetables(cruciferous) I summed that up from "green for life" , a book about pretty much greens. kale is not a green, nor is spinach, collard greens, etc. - these are shown to actually irritate the body an

also try chewing a LOT! Try counting up to 20-40 chews depending on the amount of food you put in your mouth - allow the saliva to break down important starches, proteins and even fats. Chew your smoothie too, man, no joke; that might help a tad. I hope all your problems patch up -Chloe

These pictures are fantastiche I've only tried medjool I'm not a huge fan of them without something mixed with them; same with raisins and other fruits that give off the dried vibe, if that makes sense, haha

of course i'm no nutritionist, but it is probably because of the lack of green thing- i think you're thinking perfectly fine budddee if you think about it (or if you were raised like i and other people were) people grow up confused as to what they want to eat - like just look at the food guide pyramid. Think about kids and how they crave candy, maybe fruit became your candy, and if you've hea

those are very neat looking exercises, I liked the gorilla crunches (: I also watched your fruitarianism (part 1) video. I totally agree with you; i think about that everyday - animals don't count protein and calories and fat, they just live, and they eat to live, whereas a surprising amount of the human population lives to eat or lives to avoid eating or eating certain foods. There's no need

aw, that's not what I ment. It may have come off like that, but I do care about my health and how I feel, that's why I am holding off and doing a lot of reading. That's why I posted in this forum, to see if anyone had any advice for what they went through and what exactly I am looking for in the Raw diet. I do want to switch to it for the feel, not for the look only. But I also don't want to
