Yesterday we had a record test day - 133,000 tests in NSW and 390 were positive with about 200 out in the community so the numbers will only be going up. 99.7% tested were negative and only 0.3% were positive. The other day we had 2 people die - one in their 80's and another one in their 90's yet 6 million people are locked up.
It costs the Gov't about $100 per test so that's about 13 million

Do you take any supplements or powders? I see these long term "raw" fooders taking all these supplements, green powders, probiotics, enzymes and whatever - things that are heat processed at high temperatures in factories but call themselves raw fooders?

John Kohler is only 90% raw at the moment having some heat processed foods. He said it's so much easier for him to fall asleep at night at 90% whereas at 100% he had too much energy and had trouble going to sleep. If you're having trouble sleeping maybe that's a tip
