i'm on a little prescription meds, so may never be able to detox fully, plus taking supplements.
I'm also thinking that maybe I'm too alkaline.
I have a tablespoon of flax seeds a day, so am getting flax oil, maybe I have to take more than 1 spoon.
Yes, I drink gotu kola tea daily, as I am very into herbalism. I make a big jug of tea from about 7 diff herbs.

does everyone come up against this? Is it a fruit sugar thing? I ate a little cooked just to ground myself today, although then I feel yucky from the cooked. hemp protein powder helps a little, but not enough...

i just soak it in water and blend it and drink it. it doesn't tast great, but not too bad, maybe you wouldn't notice it in smoothies.

i bought some he shou wu from the chinese herbalist but it looks like it's coated in some preservative. when i soaked it i water, the black resin dissolved. has anyone else tried it?

maybe the washer coming off made the blade loose. anyway i have posted it back today asking for a refund because there were also chips in the blade which could be swallowed!

i was sent another blender. they didn't bother investigating what happened. i guess i will tell the police. i have been afraid to make reports or complaints about him as the police can't provide me with protection.

a replacement blender was to be delivered to my address. when i rang the delivery company to find out what had happened they said a dan williams in flat b had signed for it. there is no dan williams in flat b, but a david shand. i asked david in flat b if he signed for the delivery,he said he did. i asked if his name was dan williams, he said yes (it's not). he said he left the parcel in the comm

well i was warned ... first the washer went and it started leaking, then the blade snapped off, and i noticed there were big chips in the blades...i want my money back not a replacement. the blades broke when i was blending dandelion leaves!
