Mislu-->I have heard different opinions about fermented foods. Don't some raw foodists think that fermented foods are not good?
Yes Mislu, lot of raw fooders think fermented foods are not things we should be eating. The same Prana that's teaching us how to ferment foods was at one time dead set against eating same. My my, how times have changed.

Fresh, it's just that over the years you've staunchly spoke out many times against the use of cooked foods while secretly you've been eating it. It's ok. The raw food world is rife with hypocrites.

Thanks for the good wishes, everyone. I had power cuts about 20 times last night(it's 9.22am 10/30 now). Thankfully it came on back quickly each time, within seconds in some cases. The wind is horrific! My lights are flickering and I feel the power will go soon. There's a steady, pelting rain. This storm is worse than hurricane Irene and that made me nearly peed my pants last year

man, they way you've posted here over the years one would have thought you were all raw. You certainly gave that impression.
Thankfully I never believe anyone when they say or imply that they're are all raw so I am never fooled.

Guy from my workplace died in his sleep over the weekend. To all outward appearance he seemed healthy. Not overweight or anything. He looked in good shape, work out shape.
