Eating lots of fruit isn't good and can cause serious problems in the long run. When you eat too much sugar, regardless of where it's coming from, you will suffer from hyper insulin. I'm speaking in terms of people who are Fruitarians or close to. Your sugar to minerals balance will be out of whack. Fruitarians, over the long-run, typically end up with a lot of problems. That doesn't mean fruit i

What is the best type of soil to use for sunflower greens and broccoli sprouts? I just watched a video on how to grow sunflower greens, seems easy enough and really cheap for such a powerhouse food. I have a minor problem though... I cannot find a raw vegan salad dressing and it's resulted in me eating less salads than I want to lol. The dressing makes the salad complete! Does anyone have any eas

Do sprouts need light to grow or are they so young that they don't need it yet? How does the process work, putting the seeds on a paper towel and spraying them lightly until they germinate and then putting them into soil? What type of soil should you use? I'm eager to grow my first sprouts, I'm thinking sunflower greens and broccoli sprouts

How does one even become breatharian? Is it simply living in a pristine environment, having extremely strong will power and harnessing energy from the Sun via certain techniques and times of day? I can't imagine it'd be possible to be a breatharian in any city, too much pollution, no?

The way I was awoken about diet helped make me aware of the fact that things happen to us for a reason and we can learn something from all situations even though you may be completely unaware of it at the time. I feel like it's your spiritual guides doing whatever they can to awaken you, even if that means you have to deal with negative situations beforehand. Someone I worked with posted on fa

I think this concept kind of goes along with what you were saying earlier, Sprout. Because fruits diminish in quality after being picked from the bush, I figure it's a good idea to add foods that are extremely high in nutrition to smoothies to make up for the loss of nutrients while adding a vast array of other beneficial properties (like anthocyanins and antioxidants). For example, the camu camu

Thank you for the information, lisa, I plan on buying one shortly! I've been using an aquasana but I'm not sure how distilled it makes the water. I guess I'll just filter my tap water before I distill it which is probably redundant but whatever lol.

Just wanted to organize some of my questions for Sproutarian.. It's possible for humans to go to the hollow earth though, isn't it? Aren't the openings concave and if you were willing and had the pilot/ship steering skills, you could go there? What is the best thing to do in order to aid meditation and how do you feel about exercise in its regards to spirituality? Is it needed, beneficial,

I also have an unusual question that I'm not sure how to describe. It happens sometimes when I'm going to sleep at night and kind of on the brink of sleeping but still a little bit awake. Something I do before I go to sleep is ask my spiritual guides, higher self, for advice and guidance. Sometimes when I'm doing this and get close to falling asleep, I feel as if I'm hearing and/or taking part (v

Low-fat raw vegan diet (80% carbs/10% fat/10% protein). Fruit, veggies, green juices, sea vegetables, sprouts, algae, and a little bit of sprouted nuts/seeds. Try to make sure they're all organic. This is definitely a good place to start, but someone else may have more advanced advice when it comes to this.

Or do you even need a high-quality system to get distilled water? I currently use an aquasana filter and am not sure if that is distilled or the type of purification Andrew Norton Webber is referring to. Can anyone else expand upon this?
