I ordered this Power Detox kit which comes with all kinds of detox things together with an enema kit. (See the website, but all in Dutch ) Yes, it came with a stopper but it is not easy to shut the flow off. It's this plastic thing that you can slide right to left. And the right side is narrower than the left side so you can shut the flow when you slide the valve. The pose was too long so I cut i

Hi Rawmark, Sorry this is my second post of the day but I just wanted you to know that the rabbit pose worked! Although, I couldn't hold the coffee for 15 minutes, maybe 7 minutes, but I had more black thingy coming out and I felt better. After the first flash, however, I massaged myself to get more but I got nothing. As I read coffee enema's testimonials, I am supposed to have more things

Hi there. Tofu and other soy products have been eaten in various ways for many many years in Japan. I am from there so I know! Tofu is not raw, shoyu ( correction; I read in most of all the raw food books in English, "nama-shoyu". Nama means raw in Japanese but doesn't mean raw and it's not acutally pronounced nama-shoyu but ki-jyoyu.) is also made of cooked soy so is not raw. Shoyu

Hello, Rawmark. Thank you so much for your answer to my personal question. As I was reading your comment, I realized that the coffee might have entered my body too fast! I hang the enema bag 180cm high so the coffee runs down smoothly but i guess this was what caused my cramps. I will try hanging it lower this time. Your answer was insightful! Thank you, Rawmark! I will let you know

Hi, Rawmark. I would like to ask you a couple of questions regarding enema since you seem to be the expert of it here! I started doing the coffee enema three days ago. The reason is because I have had a constipation problem and I wanted to do something about it. I have done a lot of reseach on the internet before I started and I was finally convinced to try it. The first day; I could ho

Once I opened an coconut and no water came out. I knew that was a bad sign. So I took a look at the meat and it was sort of yellowish or pinkish. It tasted really bad so I threw it away. I guess if it doesn't taste rancid or anything, you can enjoy it.

Good luck and have fun, Jen! I know exactly how you have felt after eating cooked food for a while! I have been there too. It usually happens when I travel. It is difficult to stay raw for me during the trip. What happens after you get back home is that you are moodier, more tired (not because of the busy schedule during the trip but eating all the cooked food!), and stressed out! I ha

I am also very interested in doing dr.nature. I read all the testimonials and got me right into it! I hope they ship to Holland though (I live in Holland, yes raw in holland!) I have had a constipation problems for years and this is one of the reason why I want this product. All the medical herbs I have taken to heal the constipation have had some addictive effect. I get more constipated after

I bought beat leaves yesterday. I am wondering if I can eat them raw. If I can, I would like to make a nice smoothie with apples to sweeten it. Is it good???

I am not a big emena fan (I just can't buy the idea but maybe someday I might try!) but I am VERY curious about Dr. Nature. Is Dr. Nature considered raw? Is is also considered colonics we are talking about here? I have had years of constipation problem, and thanks to this site, I got some great tips on how to be better! And it is this very site that also provides me with lots of other info reg

Do you guys think a 80% raw foodie who has also a constipation problem (I put up a topic regarding it before) should do colonic? I am trying to survice without it but reading some of your comments on colonic, it makes me wonder if I should give it a try. Doesn't master cleansing do a enough job to cleanse a bowel just as nice as an enema?

I have planted zucchini, red beets, radish, and tomatos. Planted late, they are still babies. This is my first time to have a garden and grow viggies in there! I am so excited about it! Going raw has given me great fun so far!

Dear Ally, Yes, my herbal tea contained senna and I was aware of it, but I was so scared of stopping taking it because I didn't want to get constipated again! (It really influenced my whole day, how I felt about myself and how I saw the world and everything!) I started running again(I used to run before I hurt my ankle) and it really works! I will try some yoga as well. I don't know how

It's going to be ok, Jen Rose. Years and years I had suffered from atopic skin and years and years on steroid creams on my face and body, but I have detoxicated from the steroid and recovered completely. It can come from the stress you are having ( I know, I have been there). The more you look yourself in a mirror, the worse it seems to get... Isn't it awful.. What I was doing and trying

last time I tried 10 day MC, on the fifth day, I was tired of drinking so I made sort of a lemonade jelly (out of this special seaweed, not of the gelatin) and I felt so sick for a few hours too! So I got right back on the liquid then soon after it was fine. Good luck with your MC next time! I will try again in July when my period starts. Best regards Emi

Dear all, Thank you so much for your advice!! I have tried to drink more water and it seems like it is slowly working! I will also follow your advice to see what will happen. I did further reseach on the constipation issue and I have found out that there are actually three kinds of it. The one I seem to have is caused by the autonomic imbalance, which I have had for a while. So maybe g

Thank you so much for your advice, both of you! The reason I stopped drinking the herbal tea was because it always comes with the pain. It hurt so much one time that I decided to go without it and trust in the power of raw food but then I got more constipated ;-( How much water is appropriate? I normally drink a 1 to 1.5 L a day. I also heard when I was doing macrobiotic diet before that

Hello all, Since I started eating raw(not 100% but around 80-70%), I have been suffering from constipation. About a month or so, I decided to go 80 % raw. And since then, I eat fruits around 10 to 11 oclock (I don't do breakfast) and a nice big salad for lunch. Eat nuts and fruits as snack. I make salad and some steamed veggies together with a small portion of brown rice, buckwheat noddles,
