Organic 1 claims that the raw vegan diet is nutritionally incomplete and nearly all raw fooders are depleted in various nutrients. Organic 1 claims that raw fooders need some cooked and animal foods to be nutritionally complete. Organic 1 at the same time claims that almost all raw fooders eat cooked and animal foods in secret all the time. So by his conclusions we should all be okay
