I watched the video. It seems Andrew wasn't sure if there would be a risk, if no salt was added to the sauerkraut. I have made sauerkraut a lot without any salt. I have a German crock, which I like to use also to make rejuvelac in. After making sauerkraut both with salt and without, my favorite is to use miso and no other salt, and only to let the sauerkraut/kimchee go a few days--any lon

Panchito wrote: Maybe there is another explanation. He seems to have lots of subcutaneous fat from his high fat diet. The subcutaneous fat acts as a filler that smoothes the wrinkles out. Panchito, if the chlorella is perfectly dried, then a virus can not live, correct? Viruses need some amount of liquid to stay alive. The question, Panchito, is could the human body created antibodies against the dead viruses? And could those antibodies hurt our health?

I have bought the raw dried olives from Essential Living foods and the ones from the Raw food world. I think both are from Peru. They are both good, but I prefer the ones from Essential LIving foods more. Yet, since they are both raw, I buy whichever ones are on sale and stock up. The pitted raw ones are ready to be blended or eaten. The non-pitted ones require slight rehydration. I let th

(I was about to put this in the Arugula thread, but I see this Lou thread available. By the way, Lou had been 90% raw in the past when he traveled, but he is currently 100% raw and has been for some time. Yes, he is not perfect, but doing better than most his age! I love his humility and willingness to learn.) Arugula wrote I'd also be cautious about thinking that undamaged fats are purely

(Fresh made me want to keep away, but Panchito's study drew me back.) After finding out about how expensive everything is in Australia, and how produce is different there and seed viability is poorer there (compared to America), I have learned not to judge Sproutarian, but to admire his perseverance in trying to thrive on a 100% raw diet. Sproutarian can drink straight weed juice, like dandel

I tell you about herbal and acupuncture geniuses and you vomit out the worst stories of charlatans that I have never heard of. There have been medical doctors that have butchered patients, amputated the wrong limb and done sordid things. Yes, bad people are everywhere. There are bad apples in every profession, including in the water fasting profession. Assuming your stories are true and they

Coconut cream, the flyer from Puerto rico reads: by volume: 80% protein/chlorophyll 10-15 % carb 5-10 % fat Sounds too ambiguous. greens can be fluffy or dense. Volume is too tricky of a word when it comes to greens. Plus they can be juiced or blended. How much green stuff did you eat there and in what form. How did you feel?

Sprouty, Dr. Morse emphasizes astringent fruits for healing, so don't think that pure apricots is so great for cleansing. Nevertheless, because they are usually so sweet, they can be mixed with non-sweet healing things for balance. My ex business partner used to make a liver medicine with a unique Chinese vinegar and unripe apricots. So, I think unripe or fully ripe apricots have potential.

A ton of people have lost weight on a high carb diet, including me (even Tavis stated in his video you posted that one could lose weight on high fruit. He gave two options: high fruit or no carbs). As many people have noted, one shouldn't overeat carbs, however, in excess of one's calorie needs, if one wants to lose weight. I learne
