Personaly , I've not experienced anything like that, I used to need more sleep when I was on cooked food but we are all different, I get about 6 hours sleep sometimes less and I'm good to go, I think we have to be careful reading stuff like this because you have to take a lot of things into account such as the authors mindset, age, fitness, stress levels and experience plus we really don't know h
