I Was a Paid Internet Shill: How Shadowy Groups Manipulate Internet Opinion and Debate … Each popular poster was classified as “hostile,” “friendly,” or “indifferent” to my goal. We were supposed to cultivate friendship with the friendly posters as well as the mods (basically, by brownnosing and sucking up), and there were even notes on strategies for dealing with specific hosti

Frozen Out: 98% of Stories Ignore That Ice-bound Ship Was On Global Warming Mission A group of climate change scientists were rescued by helicopter Jan. 2, after being stranded in the ice since Christmas morning. But the majority of the broadcast networks’ reports about the ice-locked climate researchers never mentioned climate change. The Russian ship, Akademic Shokalskiy, was strande

In my Post above, I made 3 Points. 1) You made a Mistake in your Protein calculations and I quered whether this might be where you went wrong. 2) The RDAs are too low in some Nutrients - the ones found in Plants. 3) The RDAs are too high in some Nutrients - the ones found in Animals. Your response was to Ignore your Mistake and Deny that the RDA is too low in some Nutrients and that t

<<<2500 calories from 80/10/10 your looking at about 15-35g of protein if you are very lucky>>> 2500 X 10% = 250 / 4 = 62.5 versus “15-35” Once again Chris, how did you come up with only “15-35g of protein” when Protein is supposed to be 10%? Could this be where you went wrong?

Every year I always try to make each year better and since I’m turning 60 this year, I’m going to spend a little more time with the weights to prove to people that there is plenty of Protein in a Raw Vegan Diet. As far as the Hair Analysis, I usually don’t take what Doug says about a lot of things seriously because it’s obvious that he is quick to pooh-pooh things he clearly has NOT re

I remember the story told by Edgar Cayce that we was visited by an Angel when we was a kid and the Angel asked him what we wanted and he said - to help people. One of my favorite quotes is by Edgar Cayce… “Destiny or karma, depends upon what the soul has done about what it has become aware of.” I often think about this when I wonder why everyone else is not as passionate as I am ab

I LOVE IT!!! When I became a Vegan in 1986, my endurance level skyrocketed and I was exercising 7 to 8 hours every day, so it was extremely obvious to me that DIET played a HUGE role. And then, when I went Raw Vegan in 1990, it no longer took 3 to 4 hours of rest after I ate for my next workout. In most cases, 1 or 2 hours was plenty of rest for me to go at it again. RAW VEGAN RULES!!!

One of the things that I have noticed ever since I started posting here back in 2000 is that some people, NOT ALL, but some people who Eat Less Than 100% Raw Food think that everyone who does Eat 100% Raw Food looks down on those who Eat Less Than 100% Raw Food and I have NEVER found anyone who Eats 100% Raw Food feel that way.
