I've gotta agree that the fenugreek sprout sweat odor is strong...but I love it. Who needs patchouli oil when there's fenugreek sprouts?

I sprout garbanzo beans all the time. I have no problems with eating them sprouted. I buy them in bulk at the health food store. Yeah they stain the soak water, but if you use a 1/2 gallon mason jar and only fill <1/3 with dry beans it's not so bad. Soak-Drain-Rinse Very Well...repeat every day until the tails form but the subsequent soakings are only to wash the stain water clear. I'll put th

If you're only drinking a few ounces per day the manual crank juicer works fine. I've used mine for years. Just remember to re-oil the bare iron parts after you rinse it out to prevent rust with some vegoil. You'll need a table top or some other bench to screw it on to.
