Wow, thanks for all the feedback, everyone! The thing is, I don't have a juicer, and I'm not sure if I want to spend the money to get one if blending works fine. I do have a hand citrus juicer, which I use often. I feel, however, that sometimes juice is better than smoothie, and sometimes that's what I crave. Do you think that straining smoothie through a nut milk bag would make it like juice?

Ooooh, sounds very nice! Unfortunately, I'm in the States, so I won't be over there very soon. That's great that you have support!

I think that they can actually sting the inside of your mouth if you just plain chomp 'em. But you can put them in a green smoothie for sure!

I don't think that I could be able to do that, but it sure sounds nice. I do plan to move out into nature someday, even if circumstances forbid that now.

Okay, okay. Breathe in, breathe out. Remember why you went raw and how great you feel doing it. Imagine a craving-free life -- which you will eventually have when you have been all-raw for a while. Think about your connection with the earth, mother nature, all the animals, and plants, and most of all, relax! Don't kill yourself over one PBJ!

So many things that claim to be raw aren't! But really, while eating 100% raw is ideal, most advocates do admit that a high-raw diet may be just as beneficial. And tahini is really good -- and really good for you! If I were you I would get the tahini, but first I'd look at your local health food store, since they have it at mine. And as for the nut butters, if you have a blender you can grind you

Basically, most everything should be used sparingly! Be sure to rotate the greens that you use -- but then again, if you're combining more than one type, then it's probably fine. I find that my body is happier when I only use one type at a time, but everyone's different. And don't give up on the greens! They are super important! Most of us don't consume close to enough greens. Really, you shou

I've been making lots of green smoothies lately, and I find that I feel really great afterwards, and overall. But I know that lots of people think that juicing is better. All I know is that juicing lets you digest the nutrients much faster, since there is no fiber, but don't you want the fiber? Thanks for any feedback you have. Be beautiful

Well, I have a Vitamix and I love it! I've heard conflicting reports from others, but in general, I think people love both the Vitamix and the Blendtec. I haven't heard from anyone about the Breville, so I can't really say anything about that. What I've heard about the Vitamix and Blendtec are as follows: Loudness: Both quite loud Power: Blendtec wins on this, but I've never wished that t
