I am thinking about purchasing the Nutribullet. and/or the PowerGind Pro by Jay Kordich
My concern is about the Nutribullet is that it will destroy all the enzymes while a green power juicer that grinds and the PowerGind Pro retains the enzymes.
What do you think

Someone at whole foods told me today that the young coconuts that are shaved are safe to eat
others have told me that there is soaked in formaldehyde and really have been contaminated

they are healthy.
but for me.. they are a no no no
they interfere with my ecstasy and meditation.
they disturb my mind. and color the vision's bland.
thus says oneof the major physicians/swamis of india in the 50's.
and a fart in meditation after eating either is an incrediable ish experience.
and i will for sure have a fart the next day.
but for those not pure.. eat

my 22 year old daughter is just leaving college life where pot and alcohol were common place. Now she has a great pressure filled job that she is really excited about.

good point.
from what i understand... some foods are more hybrid than others. bananas are some of the worst. they have lost their "life"
this is a good question to ask the experts. i am not one.
i just attempt to learn from u all.
in any case, i never touch a banana unless i am in another country where they are still pure.

i like the term holistic diet.

no dr. jubb is not saying to take it orally. I just do not want to put stuff on my body that i can not drink or eat.... right.
