We have an 8 month young Green Star Juicer 1000 for sale. The Green Star is a twin gear design. From our research and experience, it is the best juicer on the market. We have used it primarily for celery and herbs. It does a great job!!! The efficiency is about 65-70% juice to 35-30% pulp. We are asking $300 and you pay for shipping. If you happen to be in the Denver area, we could arrange a time

Hi, We have a project in Colorado which involves growing our own produce for sustainability. We are setting up soil grown and hydroponics produce and would like to test the live food for nutritional content. We like the soil grown produce though part of our grant involves setting up a hydroponics experiment. Does anyone know about live food analysis and how to do it. We are able to s

Hi, The Raw Honey helps preserve the juice for the three days. We have been juicing for a year now and it works great. I can find out on Sunday quite how the raw honey achieves this and can post again. JJ has got a good point about the types of juice and how long they can last. We make celery, parsley, cilantro and cucumber juice and have been making this the whole time, and this is the

Yup, I like the information Tamukha provided the link to. I also want to point out that the body can be supported in developing digestive enzymes. We have met several folks who have been able to repopulate their digestive flora to be able to digest raw milk and raw milk products. I have found some foods, such as grains, nuts and seeds a challenge to digest. I take this as a communication that the

My house mate uses these bags. She has been able to keep her produce amazingly long. My understanding is that all plastics leach, it is just a matter of how much. You might want to research the grade of the plastic and it's leaching reputation based on the grade.

I am wondering if your juicer is doing this with all fruits and veggies or just some in particular. We have found that we get foam when the sieve is blocked up with the herbs we use. how is your sieve?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has used the Super Angel juicer? We have been using the Green Star for the last year and really like it. We have been looking at the Super Angel and it looks really good too and seems to get more juice out of the greens. I like the idea of being free of the pulp adjustment too.

Hi, we make our Green Juice and with the way we do it we can have a batch for three days. On the third day it still has 90% of it's vitality and tastes great. We take the foam off the top, put 1/2 oz of Raw Honey per 16 oz jar, and fill our Ball canning jars to the brim. We use 8 or 16 oz canning jars. For any more questions feel free to ask, Jo and Paul

I have started a raw juice club in the LA area and am looking for an inspired and reliable helper. Raw juice was a great bridge for me to go from cooked food to raw food a year and half ago. I am exited to share this bridge with others and would like to have an equally exited helper in the LA region. Please contact me at adadelbosque@&#
