based on what? Many Asians eat at lower levels of fat and exceed Westerners routinely. Fat cause insulin resistance at higher levels. 30 percent is an upper bound if that,not a lower one. Claude.

I own a Vitamix with a polycarbonate carafe and am completely comfortable with it. It's not a baby bottle. I don't put heated liquids in it. BPA is a risk in canned goods. But I'm not selling my Vita Prep 3. It's my go to. Claude

RP, stellar. Thank you. And BJ, for me yes, that does distract from his teachings. Credibility is everything. Once you've learned he lied about things as basic as his birth date, nothing else matters. I won't consider anything else the man said. He lived a long time, but not longer than a lot of meat eaters with good genes. We have better examples. Claude
