I love sprouts! But don't do it enough unfortunately. Hope to change that really soon... everyone should be sprouting. there's so much life in it! haha.

I've never used the Samson... but I own the Omega 8006 and it does good on the wheatgrass. You could almost invest in a hand crank kind. its $129 though.
Click on the wheatgrass juicers and it will have a load of info!

You should look into a food combining chart. I would definately advise not to do any dairy if you're trying to fast... it's horrible on the digestion.

I just watched this video today too.. Well I think he kind of said why he picked that one as being part of the top 3-- That it's an 'affordable' $99 juicer, and that it's fast, so if you're an on-the-go kind of person it would be easier you. opposed to the 8006 where it's slower rpm, but you get more nutrition out of that because it doesn't oxidize as fast.
