I could never imagine consuming it by itself. The smell alone (after being blended) overwhelms the entire kitchen and then lingers for hours. My spouse came downstairs and questioned it last time I blended it. haha

I get my wheat grass from the market and then NEVER have consumed it without mixing it with something. I've never felt "tired" afterwards tho... I've never consumed it by itself.

I am trying to find out how many calories actually get into the juice.
Here's the situation. This morning I entered "3 organic fuji apples" into MyFitnessPal and it says 213 calories.
My Lacinato Kale at 300 grams and it says 150 calories.
I did not consume the pulp. So... how do I decide (or know) how many "calories" are left in those apples and the kale?
