Gerson Therapy is not something I would recommend. I love juicing as much as any other juicer but it is not a heal all ailments like it is claimed to be. Most alternative medicines simply don't work which is why it is called alternative medicine instead of just medicine.

Write down your goals and look at them 1st thing in the morning. Everyday track your progress with checks and x's. After you get a nice streak of checks you will not want to break the chain. Seinfeld used this method.

I personally use a reverse osmosis. I think they work really well and taste great. I wouldn't wory about alkaline water. You can get get that from your food or put lemon in your water.

If you want something really cheap you can go to a local pawn shop. They even have some cheap high quality ones.
