Buy whatever you want.
However if you want an honest comparision between the norwalk and angel then this is the video to watch.
Hands down the angel is better.
When the norwalk grinds the pulp it oxises it. Just look at the brown colour of the apples. Enzymes in the Juice are very sensitive to oxidisation and degrade quickly. This is why auger juicers are an improvement

Seems like Jucin John is John Kohler to me.
Also seems like there is NO MATERIAL DATA about any stainless steel leeching, it is myth as far I am concerned.
John Kohler has had a fight with the Angel Juicer company in the US. Since then he has been out spoken in his critism of them.

Sorry but the Angel does not have any metal shavings come from it. I own an angel and this is fear mongering likely from someone who sells juicers.
I have been spammed by a guy who calls himself "john" on my youtube channel and goes on and on about how bad angels juciers are and how the support isn't there. Sound familiar?
