LocalRawganics, why would you soak your nuts for 24 hours and then dehydrate them? Only some nuts need to be soaked that long.
You are better off just drying them out in the sun - just make sure they are well covered, and if you are uncomfortable about the cleanliness of the nuts, you can just rinse them and dry them in the sun before making nut butter - just remember to cover them well whi

Nut milk needs a little coaxing and TLC. Do not expect perfect nut milk to come out of the blender or juicer just like that. you need to use a sack (sold on amazon or in a pinch you can get one at home depot - a paint strainer sack, but the safety is probably questionable). best to use an organic non dyed/non bleached cotton nut sack

Do not skimp on a juicer. Anything under$1000 is not going to do a good job if you want to be a serious juicer.
Start with a super angel deluxe (around $1500) and work your way up and you will thank yourself..
