anyone know where to get a good spiral slicer? What do you eat when your on the go? That's are biggest downfall. If we are at garage sales or just simply running errands. We will be going to Fl. next year aside from fruit being the simplist to pack how do you get your lunch and dinner time veggies in . Anyone have some simple and tasty veggie take alongs? Karen

So why do some say that some people can actually get very sick or even die from not eating meat? I have several books that touch lightly on that and these are holistic books!(Sam Biser "Save your life"and "what your dr. won't tell you about premenapause."But I also have health books on how to cure diseases including cancer and they all say go vegetarian (raw) someone has posted

I am an O blood(yep ,I'm considered a carnivore) type and have been told I should eat some meat.Can an O blood type still eat raw (completly raw)and be healthy I've reaserched it a bit and everything seems to point to that I should eat some meat.I'm worried that I might cause more harm than good. My husbands weight has dropped a lot since being on raw foods,His waist size has gone from 31 to a 29. Can someone please help. Been on raw foods for about 4 wks now We can't find one recipe we like and I have spent more money than I care to say and have several good books (Alyssas. Hi, I'm new to raw foods and need some help getting started,I have a couple of raw food cookbooks but once I looked at them I felt overwhelmed, these are more gourmet books.the ingredients are expensive and a little complicated.We live in a rural mid america town. luckily our whole food store is only an hour away.I already have a juicer, vitamix and a dehydrater so that should help get me start
