Hi there, Tadey - is raw a new experience for you? If so, you know, you might want to start by eating whatever of your favorite fruits and vegetables are in season organic at the moment - what you really like. If you like nuts and can get them organic raw unsalted, eat those freely, too. Do you like seaweeds? You can use them as seasoning. I've been juice fasting, but today I am taking a break

Hey there - I don't know if I can still be captain. I ate yesterday - it was a raw alkaline green sugar-free binge, but it was definitely a binge. Lots of food. It was very low-vibrational-feeling after almost 10 days of no chewing, but that is what I wanted - I wanted not to feel the heartbreak I was feeling. I wanted to feel dead. I know that in undertaking a fast or even raw, one supposedly ma

Jgunn, I remember I didn't read "diluted wheatgrass", but "filtered" - that would mean strained? The Fuhrman I referred to who prescribed a D pill is a "famous" doctor who charges 300 per consultation and 250 for phone consultations, and he was not selling Vit. D pills himself - he sure doesn't need to. It would have been easy-peasy to say (or have the receptionis

Thank you so much for your story about raw veganism, Peisi - I have lifelong depression and guilt and anxiety, too. It is so very heartening to hear your happy revolutionary experience. No! Don't turn back...

I'm doing 32! I don't think it fair to say that if it tastes sweet and the person has difficulty, it's his/her own problem. Indoor-grown does not develop into complex carbohydrates and minerals the way that outdoor-grown does - indoor is sweeter because it has more simple sugar. That's what I've been reading a lot, anyhow, online. I'd rather have minerals from the soil than simple sugars. I g

I just meant that in order to _promote_ Prilling beads, you used a format that most of us here would use when _seeking_ information, trying to decide, wondering whether to believe, etc. I think that if you believe in Prilling water and promote it, you should have made that clear. I do think that you were purposely ambiguous and that people probably like me assumed you were asking, inquiring, rath

right now most western doctors are not qualified to give medical advice either. They cannot show, in a scientific and conclusive manner, how to prevent and/or cure most diseases - I heartily agree with this; I never suggested you waste money on raw food consultants about this, either - they will just shockingly say stuff like "eat 80-10-10", charge you a month's food allowance, and leav

You're in good form! I was wavering, but, having read your Pooh hums for the life of the Peach, I don't want to stop; I definitely want to keep sailing and discover the truth of the words and music of our Peach songs. Such a persuasive Peachvertisement - I think we will be making fresh-squeezed recruits to the primocean-going life, so perhaps we had better string out some hemp hammocks along d

Rawgetarian sells Prilling beads on his site and started this discussion in order to sell them. This is a dishonest way to do it. I mean that I worry about my distilled water being so acidic. LV, I'll tell you more about the water in another thread or privately - this is a dishonest thread, though to be fair Rawgetarian never said he _didn't_ sell them on his site - people just inferred it

Coconut would be great, so my echolocatometer is on the lookout. 3x3 is 9 and two plus 0 plus 0 plus 7 is 9 and 9 plus 9 is 18, which is one and eight, which add up to nine. But now it is March Fourth, so let's march forth. Ship greenya-colada-drinker, I still get so serious about things that are entirely make believe - but it's not in a nice or nourishing or helpful/resourceful way now.

Interesting to have a real person report an actual (good) effect from zeolite - I got bamboozled by the boost-immunity hype and have used it on my orphan kittens with their famous low immunity - huge travesty. I won't buy any more or risk using it on them again (as it dehydrates), but it's interesting to know it does something for somebody, besides line sellers' pockets. Sunshine? Your expe

We're not saying there's anything wrong with properly grown wheatgrass. Every wheatgrass I have ever, ever had fresh has been so nauseous that I think perforce, "it CAN'T be healthy - something so sickening CAN'T be good for you", and I dump it down the drain. Now this information shows me that I am right. You are not disagreeing or on an opposite side, unless you are saying that sicken

Wise, sobering, and sensitive words, ship numerologist. Glad you kept us on present-moment power-of-now course - I was lying in bed worrying about future, past, and fictitious present. Your observations about love and peace are very right on - it's true - if you don't know you have arrived, so much so that the question doesn't even come up, then you haven't reached peace-port yet - you are sti

Where's LV on 3/3? I have not had solids since last Thursday (except oil), but I am so into the grass juice thing now that I think of it as day 1 of a long grass juice only fast I am going to do - maybe for 110, or let's just say till certain things I want resolved are cured - it may not take even half that long. However, have no fear - I won't keep the thread going for all 110 days - I'll

Helmster, you think you are detoxing? That is so cool. You know, it could be that you are healthier now at this fast than at other ones - based on what you know about your life, is that a possibility? I keep being told that the body actually needs a certain amount of vitality, a certain amount of nutritional reserve, before it CAN detox. Could that be why you are feeling this fast more than other

I would say to do your best to avoid medical advice! It will cost you and kill you. Is there anything on curezone.com that you find helpful? "Educating instead of medicating", their mission is. I say, Ignore the doctors.

I've never been 75% raw - a "Sunday" cookeder - so I don't know what it would be like if you kept doing exactly what you are doing, but you can expect a downtrend if you go 100% raw, whether the alkaline way or the 80-10-10 way, or indeed any way at all, I should think; or if you add high-greening or certain supplements; you may well stay at your plateau if you continue exactly as you a

I have never had a dietary comprised of huge amounts of chlorophyll juice (like grass juice) and high-water mono-meals. Supposedly wheatgrass juice does not kill microforms like candida - it just turns you into an (alkaline) environment where they can't thrive. I have not been on low-sugar long enough to judge; so far I would say it is working for me. But as I've mentioned I am hoping to f

By the way, I've gotten my mum to take "wheatgrass facial masks" - it's to melt a frozen wheatgrass cube, put a little of it on the face, wait 20 minutes, wash off with warm water, then splash with cold. Clarifies, tightens, and softens. Draws out weird toxins through the skin as it clarifies. I am wondering whether blended wheatgrass might make a similar facial - you wouldn't need to b

Does Ann Wigmore say to blend the grass or put it in salads? I forget - generally the recommendation is against doing that. You know what they say to do instead, when you don't have a juicer for it? Chew it and spit out the pulp! I don't grow my own at the moment - I have fallen on very hard times housing-wise and don't have outdoor greenspace for a while - I prefer the grass to have been grow

Some people report that after they have greenified themselves for a few months, wheatgrass no longer makes them feel sickish - perhaps because the months of alkalizing and cleansing have made the body less sensitive to the molds? I should think if you have candida issues you could be more sensitive to the molds and then green-ing would end up making your internal yeast-fungus-mold situation l

Heh - you'll probably get two kinds of advice in reply - to go "8-1-1", or to go alkaline (see Healthy Diet articles on ninjagreens.com) - I'll represent the second camp. I lost a pound a week as a fruitarian (fresh juicy fruit only), but that was because I was only eating on at most 4 days of the week, the rest of the time only having water. Other times when I have gone fruitarian and

Purser, about the question of how much juice you might want to have in a non-fasting day - as I suggested, you could try getting in the habit of forcing yourself to have green juice before every snack or meal - it'll calm cravings a bit and help you not eat as much or as poorly as you possibly would have. Recently, I've been interested in this hypoglycaemia idea - it encourages taking somethi
